Adding Animation

The Plan

Over the next four weeks I'm going to be going back through and adding a little more life to our game than what is at the current moment. I will also be adding in a few more scenes and trying to wrap the rest of our game up. From their we can add anything else to it that we would like. I will probably add in a credits page sometime after finishing and anything else will just be for show.

It's the start of a new month and it's friday!

This week i was mostly absent due to fbla competitions and track so I didn't get a whole lot done but we managed to link our main game scene up with the othters  i had previously begun and we are currently indev of the other game scenes but so far it's not looking too bad.

3/25/11 Friday is HERE!!

It's friday, which means it's almost saturday, and the weekend is finally arriving! This week I actually accomplished quite a bit in my game, I managed to get 8 scenes working so far and currently don't have any issues. The animation is still basic and I haven't put a whole lot of effort into our character Rowan's design but before the final work is submitted I think I will be able to edit him and make some of the scenes better.

so far this week

so far this week we fixed our hitTest problems, and everything seems to be running a lot smoother. Croix is still working on the main scene trying to get objects to patrol certain areas. So today I start working on the next scene of our game and possibly a tutorial.

Hit Test Fail?

I have been working on our game a lot recently while trying to keep our team page and projects updated but we have been running into some considerable problems with only 45 min classes. Anyways I have been working on a hit test that just doesn't seem to work. If anyone reading this has anything to help post a comment under it. I am trying to get my game to go to the next scene once it hits a certain object and i have tried a few different codes but nothing seems to work any ideas would be appreciated.
